Nadine Schröter-Weiß is an experienced HR professional with a strong international background spanning Human Resources, business analysis, and project management. As HR Manager at Lancaster University Leipzig, she supports staff and managers across the employee lifecycle and contributes to a positive, inclusive, and international working environment.
Earlier in her career, Nadine spent several years in Australia, where she worked in roles including Human Resources, Project Management, and Senior Business Analysis.
Nadine holds a degree in Business Administration from Leipzig University, specialising in Human Resources, Finance, and Public Management. Her international experience and broad business perspective enable her to combine a people-focused approach with a strong understanding of organisational and strategic needs.
