At just nine years old, Hugó is already regarded as one of Germany’s most promising young chess talents. He is currently the highest-rated under-10 chess player in Saxony, a member of the German Chess Federation’s talent development squad, and has already represented Germany at a World Championship. In October, he will take the next step in his remarkable journey by competing at the European Youth Chess Championships in Crete.
