Programme Lead Business, Foundation and Pre-Master's
Colin Kay joined Lancaster University Leipzig in September 2021 after an eclectic career trajectory in sales and marketing, HR and recruitment, small business advising and mentoring, and teaching and leading in international high schools. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and PGCE from UK universities and is completing his Ph.D. in entrepreneurship education at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and Universität Tübingen.
Colin believes in teaching that is inclusive and participatory between the lecturer and the student, and is particularly interested in managerial decision-making, education psychology, self-employment, and labour market integration.
