Q: Who should I contact if I’m concerned about my son/daughter who is still in the Germany and enrolled at Lancaster University Leipzig?

Q: How are you supporting students who are now in Germany?

A: We are in routine – daily – contact with all our students on current governmental guidelines and recommendations to ensure they feel safe in Leipzig.

Q: My son/daughter is in BaseCamp accommodation, will it remain open?

A: BaseCamp – our third-party accommodation provider – has confirmed that they will remain open. You do not need to worry about your child losing accommodation.

Q: I am concerned about the mental health of my son/daughter during the pandemic. How are you supporting?

A: We talk to every student daily and check on their status and take action if necessary. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us individually and we will be able to help.

Q: My son/daughter is thinking of studying in Leipzig. Are there any online events or seminars hosted by the university?

A: Yes, please visit events list page for details of our webinars.
