Long Night of Science (Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften) in Leipzig this week was a huge success!
Lancaster University Leipzig had a chance to host some exciting presentations as well!
Our visitors were offered "Code carnival: Interactive Programming and Game Development with Scratch" - playing and developing own little video game for children from the age of 6, Tea and Chess sessions, and BaFa' BaFa' – A cross cultural simulation - game, which uses group interaction to experience how cultural stereotypes develop.
A big thank you to Marie-Christine Borowiak for all the great work with organising the event on campus, Amna Asif and Aakash Ahmad for preparing and presenting the 'Code Carnival', and our student ambassadors, Yash Patel, Tinotenda Collin Mubwandarikwa, Alistair John Akaki-Akora for the support during the event!
