Dr J. Stovold’s paper accepted for ALIFE 2023 conference

Dr James Stovold, Assistant Professor in Computer Science at Lancaster University Leipzig had a full paper accepted for the conference ALife 2023 - Artificial Life (main track).

His work is entitled `Neural Cellular Automata Can Respond to Signals' and demonstrates that artificial organisms grown by a Neural Cellular Automata can be trained to change colour when they receive an external signal.
